Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return your items, you've got 7 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for or refund. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Call any courier of your choice and book a pickup, we recommend that you contact our shipping partner: Wasel: Call 055 583 5835 and schedule a pickup.
  • Step 2: Prepare the items in their original condition and packaging and make sure to attach your order invoice or your order number. 
  • Step 3:  Write below address on the parcel:

  • Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • One time use tablewares such as: paper cups.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that have obvious signs of use or wash.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

EXCHANGES 
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our office. If you need a different size or color of an item, you'll need to place a new order.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products or Services) 

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7days for the refund transfer to be completed.
